Importing your product reviews from Judge.me
What It Does
The Judge.me connector brings the reviews you've already collected — star ratings, photos, and verified-buyer badges — onto your Cartly storefront, matched to the right products automatically.
Connecting Your Account
- Go to the App Store and install Judge.me Reviews
- Open the app and click Connect
- Sign in to Judge.me with your store domain and authorize the connection
Once connected, your existing reviews import automatically and re-sync on a schedule, so new and updated reviews keep appearing without any manual work.
How Reviews Are Matched
A review is imported only when its Judge.me product handle matches a Cartly product's URL slug. Reviews with no matching product are skipped, and the connector shows you how many were skipped so you can check for mismatched handles.
Settings
- Auto-approve imported reviews — turn on to publish imported reviews immediately, or off to hold them for manual moderation
- Sync now — re-import immediately instead of waiting for the next scheduled sync
- Disconnect — stops importing new reviews but keeps the reviews you've already imported on your storefront
