Exploring the App Marketplace
The Cartly App Marketplace lets you extend your store's functionality with third-party apps and integrations.
What is the Marketplace?
The marketplace is a curated directory of apps built for Cartly. Apps can add new features to your store, connect with external services, or automate repetitive tasks. Each app is reviewed for quality and security before being listed.
Browsing Apps
Navigate to Apps in the admin sidebar to open the marketplace. Apps are organized into categories:
- Marketing ā Email marketing, social media, advertising, SEO tools
- Sales ā Upsells, cross-sells, product bundles, loyalty programs
- Shipping ā Carrier integrations, label printing, tracking
- Customer Service ā Live chat, helpdesk, reviews
- Analytics ā Reporting, dashboards, data exports
- Inventory ā Warehouse management, dropshipping, ERP connectors
- Finance ā Accounting, tax automation, invoicing
Use the search bar to find apps by name or functionality.
App Detail Page
Each app listing includes:
- Description and screenshots
- Pricing (free, monthly fee, or usage-based)
- Permissions required (what data the app can access)
- Developer information
- Version history and changelog
App Permissions
When installing an app, you are shown the permissions it requires. Common permissions include read/write access to products, orders, customers, and store settings. Only install apps from trusted developers and review permissions carefully.
Featured Apps
The marketplace homepage highlights featured and popular apps. These are curated selections that provide the most value to merchants across different industries.
