Managing Your Customers

The Customers section gives you a complete view of everyone who has purchased from or registered at your store.

Customer List

Navigate to Customers in the sidebar to see all registered customers. The list shows each customer's name, email, total orders, total spent, and registration date. Use the search bar to find customers by name or email.

Customer Profile

Click a customer to view their full profile. The profile page includes:

  • Contact information — Name, email, phone number
  • Order history — All orders placed by this customer with direct links to each order
  • Total spent — Lifetime spend amount across all orders
  • Addresses — Saved shipping and billing addresses
  • Groups — Customer groups this person belongs to
  • Notes — Internal notes added by your team
  • Wishlist — Products the customer has saved to their wishlist

Adding Customers Manually

Click Add Customer to create a customer record manually. Enter their name, email, and optionally a phone number and address. Manually added customers can later register an account on your storefront using the same email.

Customer Search and Filtering

Beyond basic name and email search, you can filter customers by:

  • Number of orders (e.g., more than 5 orders)
  • Total spent (e.g., spent over $100)
  • Registration date range
  • Customer group membership

Customer Notes

Add notes to any customer profile. Notes are visible only to your admin team. Use them to record VIP status, special preferences, communication history, or any other relevant information.

Exporting Customers

Export your customer list as a CSV file for email marketing platforms, analytics, or backup. The export includes all customer fields and can be filtered before exporting.
