Cartly v1.10: Advanced Discounts, Fulfillment, Analytics & More

Cartly v1.10 is our biggest release yet — six features that cover the full merchant lifecycle from discounting to fulfillment, analytics to recovery.

Advanced Discounts Engine

Build sophisticated promotions with the new discounts engine:

• BOGO (Buy One Get One) — automatic cheapest-item-free rule with configurable buy/get quantities
• Auto-apply discounts — no coupon code needed, discounts apply at cart level automatically
• Product & Collection scoping — restrict any discount to specific products or collections
• Discount stacking — multiple discounts apply simultaneously with full per-item breakdown via the DiscountBreakdown API

COD & Bank Transfer Payments

Accept offline payments with two new payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — customers pay on delivery, orders go to Processing status
• Bank Transfer — show banking instructions at checkout, manually confirm when received
• Enable or disable each method from Admin → Settings → Payments

Fulfillment & Shipping Labels

Streamline your shipping workflow:

• Manual fulfillment — add tracking numbers with carrier autocomplete (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
• Packing slips & pick lists — print-ready PDF views for warehouse staff
• Shipping label purchase — buy labels directly through connected carriers (e.g. Shippo integration)

Conversion Analytics

Understand your sales funnel with built-in conversion tracking:

• Events tracked: page view → add to cart → begin checkout → purchase
• Visual funnel chart on the Dashboard with drop-off percentages
• No third-party tools required — works out of the box

Store Credit & Gift Card Ledger

Give customers flexible payment options:

• Customer credit ledger — view balance, transaction history, and manual adjustments in Admin
• Refund to store credit — offer credit instead of refunding to the original payment method
• Checkout integration — customers apply their credit balance during checkout

Abandoned Cart Recovery

Recover lost sales automatically:

• Per-shop configuration with toggle and configurable delay (1h to 24h)
• Automatic recovery emails sent via cron to customers who left items in cart
• Configure from Admin → Settings → Marketing
