This release adds a new sales channel, brings your accounting and CRM into automatic sync with paid orders, gives you first-party apps for sending order email and SMS through your own account, and hardens payments so card checkout settles directly to your own Stripe account.

Sell on eBay

A new eBay sales channel connects your Cartly catalog straight to eBay. Choose which products to sell there — by collection, by tag, or your whole active catalog — and Cartly publishes them as eBay listings using your saved fulfillment, payment, and return policies. Stock stays in sync in both directions, so a sale on either side is reflected everywhere else automatically. Orders placed on eBay import straight into Cartly as regular orders, and once you fulfill one, its tracking number is pushed back to eBay for you — no manual copying between two dashboards.

Connect an account and configure policies from Admin → Integrations → eBay.

Connect your accounting and CRM

Three new native connectors keep your back office in sync automatically. QuickBooks Online and Xero each turn a paid order into a sales document — a Sales Receipt in QuickBooks, an invoice in Xero — with line items, shipping, and tax reconciled exactly to what the customer paid. Salesforce turns a paid order into a Contact (or Lead) plus a closed-won Opportunity, so your sales team sees new revenue land in the CRM they already work in. All three connect via OAuth from Admin → Integrations and export automatically as orders are paid — including orders marked paid by hand, such as a bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Email and SMS from your own provider

Two new first-party apps let transactional order messages and marketing campaigns go out through an account you control, instead of only the platform's shared sender. The SendGrid app routes your order confirmations, review requests, and email campaigns through your own SendGrid account and domain. The Twilio app sends a text message to the buyer when their order is confirmed, and can optionally notify you by SMS on every new sale — both with fully editable templates. Install either from the AppStore and connect your credentials from its settings page.

Payments on your own Stripe account

Card checkout now settles directly to your own connected Stripe account rather than a shared platform account, so you keep full visibility into every charge and payout in your own Stripe Dashboard. A hardened per-shop reconciliation job runs continuously behind the scenes, catching any payment confirmation that was delayed or missed and closing the order regardless — upholding Cartly's Zero-Lost-Orders guarantee. Connect your Stripe keys and webhook from Settings → Payments.
