This release adds a real two-way bridge between Cartly and the ERP or accounting system you already run your business on, turns Abandoned Cart Recovery into a proper multi-step campaign with a real incentive behind it, and gives three of our storefront themes a systemic design refresh.

Two-way order sync with your ERP or accounting system

If your catalog and order data lives in an external ERP or accounting system, you can now connect it to Cartly through an OData-based connector and keep both sides in sync automatically. A scheduled import brings in products, variants, prices, multi-warehouse stock levels, and images, with mapping controls that let you decide exactly how the data lines up: which price type becomes your Cartly selling price, which warehouse maps to which inventory location, which product attributes become metafields, and which characteristics become variants.

Orders flow the other way too. Once an order is paid, Cartly exports it back to your connected system as a document, resolving the correct counterparty for each buyer automatically. You can optionally have discounts, tax, and delivery charges reflected directly on the document's lines, so the exported order matches what the customer actually paid. And the sync doesn't stop at export: when a manager updates an order's status in the connected system, Cartly reflects that change by moving the order along its own fulfillment lifecycle — payment statuses are protected, so a status change coming back never rolls a paid order backward.

For orders that were placed before the connector was fully set up, a manual re-export option lets you send them across after the fact. Connectors are managed from Admin → Integrations, where they can be reconfigured or removed at any time.

A cart recovery drip that actually recovers

Abandoned Cart Recovery is now a proper 3-step email sequence instead of a single reminder. The first email goes out shortly after a cart is abandoned, a follow-up nudges the shopper a day later, and a final message carries a real, gated discount code — minted and tracked like any other Cartly discount, not a placeholder. Drip gating and deduplication make sure a shopper who is already in the sequence, or who has already converted, never receives a duplicate or redundant message.

The incentive is fully integrated with Discounts: once a recovery code's usage limit is reached, it shows a Used up status right on the Discounts page, so you always know at a glance which codes are still live.

A refreshed look for Clarity, Linen, and Mono

The Clarity, Linen, and Mono themes received a systemic design-system polish: refined typography and spacing throughout, unified UI components — buttons, cards, pagination, and color swatches all now share one consistent visual language — and homepage content blocks that are fully editable from the theme editor.
