Viewing Orders

Managing Your Orders

The Orders page is your central hub for tracking and managing all customer purchases.

Order List

Navigate to Orders in the sidebar to see all orders. Each row shows the order number, date, customer name, payment status, fulfillment status, and total amount. Orders are sorted by most recent by default.

Filtering Orders

Use the filter bar to narrow down your order list:

  • Status — Filter by payment status (paid, pending, refunded) or fulfillment status (unfulfilled, partially fulfilled, fulfilled)
  • Date range — View orders from a specific time period
  • Customer — Search by customer name or email
  • Amount — Filter by order total range

Order Detail View

Click any order to open its detail page. The detail page is organized into sections:

  • Line items — Each product, variant, quantity, unit price, and line total. Click a product to jump to its edit page.
  • Customer info — Shipping address, billing address, email, and phone. Link to the customer profile.
  • Payment — Stripe payment details, transaction ID, and refund history.
  • Fulfillment — Fulfillment status, tracking numbers, and shipping carrier.
  • Timeline — A complete chronological history of every event: order placed, payment captured, items fulfilled, notes added.

Order Notes

Add internal notes to any order. Notes are visible only to your admin team and are useful for tracking special requests, shipping instructions, or issues. Each note shows who wrote it and when.

Exporting Orders

Click the Export button to download your filtered order list as a CSV file. The export includes all order fields: number, date, customer details, line items, totals, payment status, and fulfillment status. Use this for accounting, reporting, or importing into external systems.

Order Search

Use the search bar at the top of the orders page to find specific orders by order number, customer name, or email address. The search is instant and works across all order fields.
