Cartly Subscription Plans

Cartly offers tiered subscription plans to match your business needs. All plans include a 14-day free trial.

Available Plans

  • Starter ($29/mo) — 3 staff accounts, 100 products, 50K AI chars/mo, 0% transaction fee
  • Growth ($79/mo) — 5 staff accounts, 500 products, 250K AI chars/mo, 0% transaction fee
  • Pro ($299/mo) — 15 staff, unlimited products, 1M AI chars/mo, 0% transaction fee
  • Enterprise ($999/mo) — Unlimited staff, unlimited products, unlimited AI, 0% transaction fee

Managing Your Subscription

Navigate to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, usage, and billing history. From here you can:

  • View your current plan and billing cycle
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Update payment method
  • View invoice history and download invoices

Upgrading

When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. All new features and limits are available right away.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If your store exceeds the new plan's limits (e.g., too many products), you will need to reduce your usage before the downgrade activates.

Free Trial

New stores receive a 14-day free trial on any plan. During the trial, all features are available. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, add a payment method to continue or your store will be paused.

Transaction Fees

All Cartly plans include 0% transaction fees. You keep 100% of your sales revenue — we only charge the monthly subscription fee.

Billing Issues

If a payment fails, Cartly retries up to three times over seven days. You will receive email notifications for each retry. If all retries fail, your store enters a grace period. Update your payment method in Settings → Billing to resolve billing issues.
