What Is AfterShip?
AfterShip automatically tracks packages as they move through the carrier network, so you don't have to manually check tracking numbers or field "where is my order" questions.
Installing AfterShip
- Go to the App Store and install AfterShip
- Open Admin → Integrations → AfterShip and connect your account
How Tracking Is Created
Tracking is created automatically the moment you fulfill an order with a tracking number and carrier — there is nothing extra to do per order.
What Customers See
Customers see delivery checkpoints on their order as the shipment moves, plus a branded tracking page they can visit for the latest status — keeping them on your brand instead of a generic carrier site.
